The Wilkinson Partnership (LB) Ltd routinely refer prospective sellers and buyers to the Mortgage Advice Bureau to check their ability to buy property, provide advice and information and to sell Financial Services and Mortgage Products. We typically receive £56 of their commission where a consumer proceeds to buy.
We also refer sellers and buyers through the Relocation Agent Network where if the buyer or seller uses their services then a commission is paid to us by that agent. Typically, 30% for a sale and 20% for buyer.
We are required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all those selling or buying a property and we use an AML partner for this, Lifetime Legal. We receive a small part of the fee charged by Lifetime Legal to cover administrative costs.
We do not accept any payments of any kind from Solicitors/Conveyancers, Surveyors, Kitchen companies, Carpet fitters, Builders, EPC assessors or any other Trade/Service provider.
