Simon started his career in estate agency in 1981 at the Winslow office of John Wilkinson Estate Agents. He then moved to the Tring office, with a spell in the Brackley, Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard offices over the next seven years. Following this, Simon worked for a corporate estate agency chain in Banbury as regional director. He started the Wilkinson Partnership in 1992. This business has grown under his leadership and has won numerous national awards as the Best Estate Agent. Simon is very well known throughout the industry. He is a director of Propertymark, which has 17,000 members in most aspects of property agency, and he sits on two Government working groups as a subject matter expert. Simon has volunteered for 40 years in the Army Reserve, is a Lieutenant Colonel in The Rifles and is active in the charity sector.
Joe has a wealth of knowledge and experience in estate agency. Responsible for running the Leighton Buzzard and Winslow teams and for winning new business, he has a great passion for property, aiming to deliver the best customer service for all his clients. Having worked in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire he knows the area very well. Joe prides himself on delivering exceptional customer service and would love to be part of the journey of buying or selling your home.
Outside of work, Joe is very into his sports, in particular Formula 1 (A big Lewis Hamilton fan), and likes to go to watch his beloved Queens Park Rangers FC. He is also a big foodie and loves to cook!

Katie spent her childhood growing up in Nottingham but has lived in Winslow for the past 20 years. She enjoys the varied day working for The Wilkinson Partnership, especially viewing local properties. Katie works part time and spends her days off cycling and walking her two dogs.
Max is a young, enthusiastic sales negotiator who takes pride in his strong customer service skills. He works hard in trying to find a suitable home for his buyers and gets a real buzz when a sale is agreed!
Max has lived in the town all his life and is part of the Leighton Buzzard Canoe team. In his free time he often finds ways of keeping fit and seeing his friends.
Julia has lived in Leighton Buzzard since 1990 and joined The Wilkinson Partnership in 2019 having spent many years working in the education sector locally whilst her children were growing up. Prior to that Julia worked as a Sales Administration Manger in the specialist plywood industry but has now embraced estate agency, gaining her Propertymark Professional Qualification in the Sale of Residential Property in 2020. Julia works closely with Simon in the Land and New Homes Department and on head office matters. In her spare time Julia enjoys walking, nature and supporting the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme as an expedition assessor.
Kim joined The Wilkinson Partnership as the Office Administrator in October 2016. She moved to Leighton Buzzard from London in 2011. Previously, she worked for a publishing company in London. Kim is happy to be part of the local team and when she isn’t in the office she enjoys spending time with her two children.

In 1992 Simon opened the Wilkinson Partnership with a focus on high quality and comprehensive customer service. The business has won many National Awards over consecutive years and is widely considered within the profession as a market leading and innovative practice.
